✏Reporter: How was the shooting of the film "Hadi Be Olum"?
✒Kivanc: Of course, not one actor who respects his profession will say: "We were bored, we were very tired." But, believe me, my answer is not connected with this at all. We really were not bored. The whole filming crew with actors and operators, led by the company "25 FILM", worked on the same wave. Especially I would like to note the great contribution to this project of Feruddin Dusagach. Filming took place in Kash, I really love this place. But I have never had the opportunity to spend a lot of time there, most likely this is due to the fact that it is difficult to get there. But, thanks to the movie "Come on, son," I got a chance to get to know this beautiful place. It is rumored that transport companies are working to conduct a convenient corridor for visitors, but I hope that this will not happen and Kash will remain as untouched - beautiful.
✏Reporter: What is the main reason you decided to play in this film?
✒Kivanc: To begin with, I will say that the story itself is simply mesmerizing. And the team worked well. In addition, in this project I received what I expected from my other works. With this project, I will be able to surprise the audience and my inner competition with myself continued precisely because of this role. I like it when people talk about my roles: "It's very interesting, it's not like his previous roles." A person should always invest something from himself and these contributions should not have an end. And the actor can only prove this with new characters. That's what I want to do. I think viewers are much more interested in looking at this. Therefore, I very much fell in love with this character - Ali from the movie "Come on, son." Ali is a fisherman from Kash. He has a boat for tours. This is the story of fathers and sons, which is shown with all the charms and sorrows. Playing such a young father was a very interesting experience for me. I want to keep in my memory a beautiful cinematic archive. For this reason, this period of my life is very important for me.
✏Reporter: You played father. Who did you take as an example for this role?
✒Kivanc: Of course, I took an example from someone, but I can not name someone for sure. For the character Ali, I tried to learn as much as possible feelings. To really love children, you need to have a conscience and a sense of justice. It is necessary to spend time with children. I can even say that only a simple love for a certain child will suffice. Of course, love is a feeling that it changes, has a different character. But to protect the object of one's love, to show tenderness - these are the feelings that each of us must have. When preparing to work on the character Ali, I did not take an example from a certain person, I took an example with certain feelings.
✏Reporting: The film has many touching moments. Ali is a father who is not so easy to communicate with his child. There is a great emphasis on this, what exactly do you want to say by this?
✒Kivanc: The story, which we tell, unfortunately at the moment can be in all layers of society. This can begin with child abuse, and ends with much more terrible crimes. Many children are cruel to their peers, because they see this in their families and homes. If parents do not explain people morally about relationships with other children on time, this can lead to serious consequences. And this will continue, because such a generation will wait for us. And you can not imagine how long this can go on. This topic can be discussed for a very long time. A person should always be attentive to people, even to those who do not know.
✏Reporter: How do you try to regulate relationships and mutual understanding with your close people in your daily life?
✒Kivanc: Each person is his own doctor. I listen to myself. In my personal and social relationships, I always judge myself, understand and put myself in the place of someone who is before me.
✏Reporter: With each of your characters, you become a different person. How does this feeling become different, even if it's done for work?
✒Kivanc: In fact, each time to become different is very exciting. For the viewer this feeling is transmitted only in the sense of love for the character. And for us it's a pleasure to see how the character from the written version goes to the living one, recreate it in details, feel it in himself, and then see the resulting "product". Do you know what it is like? It's like you collect a puzzle piece, but do not know what the result should be. If it were not so difficult, I would not be an actor. To succeed in difficult affairs makes me feel attached to myself. Otherwise, I would be tired. I do not like stretched projects, I like to live my character, and then come back with a completely different person. It is important to analyze your work, criticize it, hear the opinion of the audience, and then immediately move on to a new character.
✏Reporter: What did you bring to your characters from yourself?
✒ Kivanc: Of course, I made something different from myself in every character. In addition, the most difficult role in my life was the role of Beyhlyu in "Forbidden Love." And the easiest - the role of Kuzey Tekinoglu in "Kuzey Guney."
✏Reporter: What is the main difference between working in a movie and working for a TV?
✒Kivanc: Works on TV screens and on cinema screens are completely different things. If you work for TV, then you must do what is popular. But the sphere of cinema is completely different, there is a freer arena. But at the same time, they are tied to each other by very strong chains.
✏Reporting: You want to do a lot in the cinema. What can you tell about this?
✒Kivanc: There are many stories that I would like to tell in the films. But, perhaps, these stories will be different from those that we are constantly accustomed to seeing in our films. The sphere of cinema interests me very much. Therefore, this year I want to pay special attention to this sector.
✏Reporter: You've been playing television series for about fifteen years. What do you think about Internet serials?
✒Kivanc: in our television series the series lasts more than one hundred and fifty minutes. When I tell foreign directors and actors about this, they completely refuse to believe me. I think that our sector immediately requires change. I recall those days when we shot a series of seventy-five to eighty minutes. The duration of the current series is too great. Internet series are a big step in shortening the length of the series, and they have become a definite impetus for the television series. This is an excellent opportunity for actors who want to live and breathe in addition to work. This kind of series seems unusual for us, but for a foreign viewer - this is common. New Internet channels allow us to watch our projects on a global level. I think that TV and Internet projects should work on the same wave, be a support for each other.
✏Reporter: When will you return to the TV screens?
✒Kivanc: As I said, this year I would like to spend more time in the cinema. I'll do the show next year. Negotiations are underway. I read various scenarios. Next year there will be a project either on television or on the Internet channel
✏Reporter: Do the news have any news about the remake of "Escape" and "Interview with the Vampire"?
✒Kivanc: "Escape" among the projects, the scenarios of which I read recently. But we did not give a final decision. During the years of his broadcast, I also watched this series. About the "Interview with the Vampire" - will be filmed the continuation of the film, the first part of which was filmed in 1995. Anne Reis is looking for candidates for the role of Lestat on different platforms and she called my name. At the moment my agency is in touch with her, but nothing is known about this project either.
✏Reporter: You are one of the most popular actors in the East. Why do you think the world we created is so interesting to them?
✒Kivanc: First, our cultures are similar. In addition, not only are my projects popular, but also the work of my colleagues, we are well known for them. Thanks to the success of our series, the tourist relations between the Arabs and the Turks have increased significantly. Turkish series are popular not only in the East, but also in Latin America, Brazil, Peru, in many European countries. To know that people of a different culture, of a different nationality know and love you, and sometimes even stop you and ask to be photographed is a special feeling.
✏Reporter: What place does your family take in your life?
✒Kivanc: I always treated my family members carefully. But on the street, I had a completely different life, I was constantly in some fights. My childhood was very colorful and interesting. I really miss those days. That manner of communication, that chemistry was completely different. Those times are a period of our life, when sincerity solved all possible problems, but, with age, seeing and understanding the difficulties of life, without even wanting it, you put on some kind of protective armor. Now it is impossible to build a relationship based on sincerity alone. But I'm very lucky that I still keep in touch with those friends who have stayed with me ever since.
✏Reporter: How much did your marriage change you?
✒Kivanc: If you would have asked me this question at the beginning of my career, then I would have laughed. But now, when fifteen years have passed, I can say with certainty that as a person who has
stability in my profession, I still feel uncomfortable at certain points. But everything changes when I go home, cross the threshold. I immediately need to recover, as they remind me of the real Kyvanch. My work taught me this. For this reason, the marriage had a very good effect on me. I was lucky, because I was always attached to my family and my marriage continues this tradition. It is very good to feel responsible. I think that we must hold fast to the people, next to whom we can be who we really are. This is a great opportunity, which not everyone has. Glory to the Almighty, I have such a person. My family, my beloved wife Bashak Dieser, my partners Gaye and Zerrin, my friends and relatives ... I was so lucky with them.
I have always lived in a large family, but now I have built my own, small family, and I feel like the happiest person in the world. Money can be earned always and in any way, but to have a number of people who will make you feel light in your soul can not earn.
